Merrow Associates nest of tables

SOLD

Stunning 20th century British design originally retailed by Heals and Harrods.

Rosewood and chrome nest of tables designed by Richard Young for British engineering company Merrow Associates c. 1970.

The tables are superbly crafted with great attention to detail.  All of the tables have a book matched veneer so when alligned the wood grain continues it's pattern.

The tables have been professionally stripped and spray refinished with a matt lacquer.

The tables present really well with a great rosewood grain. For complete accuracy there are a few areas where the veneer is slightly raised (this is only really noticable at certain angles and eye level).

The chrome is very good.
