Originally designed by Charles Eames in 1960 for the Rockefeller Centre in New York.  The Lobby chair was designed along the same principles as the Eames lounge chair.

This version of the Lobby chair features brown tan leather, aluminium frame on a swivel 4 star base and white glides.

The chair is in very good condition, the leather is great with just the odd scuff.  The frame is also very good with only minor markings.

The chair retains it's Herman Miller label to the underside.  The black Herman Miller label would date these chairs somewhere between 1970 & the early 1990s.

A fantastic investment opportunity, it is rare to see vintage Eames Lobby chairs for Herman Miller in such good condition.
