One of the classics of Scandinavian mid century design.  The Lamino chair was originally designed by Yngve Ektrom for  Swedese in 1956.

Featuring an elegant sculptured oak frame with sheepskin covers.

Both chair & stool are in good original vintage condition with Swedese mark to undersides. The wooden frames are good structurally with age consistent wear to the finish.  The sheepskin cover from the chair is currently detached from the frame.

The sheepskin on both chair & stool is in good condition, the cover on the stool showing more wear.

If bought from new the chair & stool with sheepskin cover would cost around £2670.

In 1999 the Lamino was voted the 'Twentieth Century's Best Swedish Furniture Design' by the Swedish interior magazine Sköna Hem.
