The LCW (lounge chair wood) was originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1945/46, it is one part of the Eames plywood group and has become an absolute design classic, named by Time magazine as the best design of the 20th Century.

The chair is finished with walnut veneer and has a lovely grain running throughout.

The chair was used in a showroom and is in superb near mint condition.  For complete accuracy there is a small light mark to the seat area noticeable only on really close inspection, and in certain light at certain angles.

The chair retains it’s Herman Miller label to the underside and is dated 2013.   It also comes complete with certificate of authenticity.
