Early model 60 bent plywood stool originally designed by Alvar Aalto for Finmar in 1933.   The stool has the Bowman Brothers ink stamp to it's underside.  Bowman Brothers were one of the first shops to retail Aalto designs in the UK.

The stool is in original vintage condition, it shows loads of wear but is strong structurally.  There are a few small chips and nicks to the veneer on the top surface and marks throughout. There are a couple of areas on the legs where the layers of ply have very slightly gapped (see photos)
