The EA116 easy chair is part of the aluminium group of chairs originally designed in 1958 by Charles and Ray Eames.  A true icon of 20^th Century design.

Manufactured by Vitra, the chair features a swivel, fixed height, 4 star chrome frame upholstered with a blue hopsack fabric.

The chrome is excellent throughout and retains a strong shine.  The hopsack is generally good with minimal signs of wear, however in the middle of the back there is one burn hole to the fabric, this does not pierce the whole of the fabric and is not noticeable from distance.  On close inspection there are also some small tears to the fabric on the edges as is usual with these chairs.  Please see the photos.

All glides are present and the chair retains it's Vitra label.
