Le Corbusier Cassina LC3 armchair

SOLD

Rarely available, iconic, instantly recognisable Bauhaus chair.

Originally designed in 1928 by Le Corbusier the LC3 armchair manufactured by Cassina features polished chrome steel frame with loose, feather padded, leather upholstered cushions.

Offered in very good condition, there is one scratch to the leather on the left hand arm (this looks far more noticeable in the photo’s than in real life),  if bought from new the rrp for one of these chairs is £3858 with a 6-8 week lead time.

Fantastic quality, not to be confused with the many poorly made reproductions for sale, the chair was produced under license from the Foundation Le Corbusier as indicated by the stamped signature and serial number to the underside of the chrome frame.
