Model 406 chair originally designed by Alvar Aalto in 1939.

Timeless lounge chair featuring a lacquered birch frame with natural linen webbing.

The chair is manufactured by Artek and is approximately 10 years old.  The chair is in excellent condition throughout.  The webbing is superb and there are only a very few very minor marks to the frame around the base.

The chair has seen minimal use and was used more as a statement piece.

We currently have 2 available, the chairs were bought in Australia and retain the retailers label - Anibou, an official Artek stockist.
