Pieff Alpha sofa

SOLD

Large, steel grey leather and chrome 3 seat sofa designed in the 1970s by Tim Bates for Pieff of Worcester and retailed by shops like Harrods & Heals.

The sofa has 9 removable leather cushions, the 3 base cushions sit on top of a quality pirelli seat support which is attached to the chrome frame and a heavy duty vinyl stretcher attaches to the back frame to support the 6 back cushions.

The sofa was originally purchased in 1978 and was reupholstered approximately 20 years ago.  The leather is in very good condition, with no rips, tears or stains just some age consistent wear.   The chrome is very good and retains a strong shine.

We also have available the swivel armchair.

A fantastic example of British mid century design.
