The table is in really good original condition.

The rosewood has a beautiful grain running throughout with a good strong colour and no real fading.  The chrome is excellent, free from pitting and smooth with a good shine.  The glass has the odd very light minor scratch but is generally very good.  For complete accuracy, the veneer has a couple of small nicks to one edge and one small mark of red ink.  These are only really noticable on close inspection and do not detract - see photos.

A truly excellent example.
