A really beautiful set, handcrafted solid elm seats with beach backs and legs.
The chairs are in very good original condition, All chairs are strong and sound structurally. The seats have been used with cushions throughout their life so are in very good condition, there are 2 small spots on each seat where the studs on the cushion pads have worn the finish (see photos). Generally, there is only very light age consistent wear throughout with heavier areas of wear to the finish around the backs of the top rails.
