Originally designed in 1958 by Charles and Ray Eames, the aluminium group of chairs are true icons of 20th Century design.

Manufactured by ICF, Italy this chair has black hopsack upholstery on a 5 star aluminium frame with castors and swivel, tilt & height adjust.

The hopsack is generally good showing light age consistent wear including some small damage on the corners.  The aluminium frame has age consistent scratches and scuffs..

ICF were one of the 4 original european manufacturers permitted to produce Eames chairs under license given by Herman Miller.  ICF ceased production of Eames chairs in 2004.
