6 vintage Eames DSS (dining height, side chair, stacking base) upholstered fibreglass chairs for Vitra.

Originally designed in 1950 by Charles Eames, these chairs are in excellent condition (probably as good as you could hope to come across).

The unusual, soft to touch, upholstery, almost moleskin like in feel shows only the lightest signs of wear, all fibreglass shells and chrome are very good.

The glides have been replaced by genuine new Vitra glides.

At least one of the chairs will have the Vitra label.

The chairs have the narrow mount configuration.
