If you are unhappy with your purchase, provided all items are returned in their original condition, we are happy to offer a full money back guarantee within 14 days of receipt.  Unless it is agreed the item is not as described all shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is liable for the cost of return shipping and insurance.  In the event that you receive an item which has suffered damage in transit, please contact us within 3 days.  Please retain all original packaging materials for any subsequent claim.
